ECOS is looking for 5 motivated Sport Trainers to involve in the participation of the first edition of the MSDS Training course that will be held in Wien form 12th to 14th April.
ECOS is looking for 5 motivated Sport Trainers to involve in the participation of the first edition of the MSDS Training course that will be held in Wien form 12th to 14th April. ECOS will cover travel and accommodation cost.
The MSDS project provides a holistic approach to sports coaching and organizes a course designed for sports trainers and coaches working with youngsters aged 10-13.
Each Coach willing to be involved in the MSDS training course must:
- be 21 years old or older;
- be fluent in English (at least B2 level);
- have an academic or professional sport title issued by a body, institution, etc. recognized by the local Olympic committees – or equivalent institutions such as universities, international organizations, etc. – of the partners’ countries; OR have three years experience as a children’s sports coach;
- have a strong interest and motivation about the topic;
- be available to attend the physical and online training sessions from March to September following the approved calendar;
- be available to attend an in-person training session on April 12th-14th 2024 (the project will cover all costs related to travel and accommodation) in Wien, and other two in-person-training in Costanza, Romania (June 24) and Rome (September), following the attached program;
- be available to test the training received, applying the course core principle during work time in the sports practice of children between 10 and 13 years old.
