Francesca Cirulli speaker at European Sport Platform 2019

Next 5th October, at 11.00, Francesca Cirulli (ECOS Scientific Committee) will be at the “European Sport Platform 2019” event organised by ENGSO, in synergy with the European Lotteries. During her speech, she will talk about the first results of SPHERE project during the scheduled session “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind?”.

“Sports and their training methods are very close to psychiatric rehabilitation because they share many therapeutic values – she said in an interview at engso.eu – they are easily accessible, stimulate self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness, and encourage socialisation and belonging to a group”.
