The Steering Committee, composed of representatives from each partner organisation and chaired by the coordinator, is responsible of all formal decisions regarding:
- the overall direction of the project;
- amendments to the description of work and effort allocation;
- specific contractual issues;
- policies for promotion and exploitation of results;
- the project risk management processes;
- financial planning and control and other administrative arrangements.
