Few weeks ago, the EU Commission published an implementing decision concerning the 2020 work programme in the framework of the third programme of Union action in the field of health (2014-2020). The work programme sets out priorities and actions for 2020, including resource allocation, for the implementation of the third programme of the Union’s action in the field of health (2014-2020).

In this document, two complementary thematic priorities regard mental health: “Support for the implementation of best practices in the area of mental health” and “Support for Member States’ implementation of best practices in the area of mental health”. In particular, actions to be funded will be focused at allowing stakeholders and Member State authorities to support the roll-out of best practices in mental health that have a proven impact and can directly benefit people and health systems in participating countries.

To hear more information about this Programme, the Executive Agency Chafea will organise a specific webinar next 4th March.
